I was onstage in London this past Sunday delivering my Fast Launch Formula talk. It’s all about the ‘fastest’ and ‘easiest’ way to build an online business.

In the presentation I talk about something which changed my business and life forever, it was the Cashflow Quadrant, by Robert Kiyosaki.

In this diagram (and in the book) I discovered the only way to financial freedom was to build “B” business.

Why?

Because it’s all about putting systems in your business, so it works whether you do or don’t. Robert Kiyosaki’s book taught me how to THINK like a “B” business owner. A vital distinction.

Systems in businesses can be hard to implement (even harder to manage) because it relies on many things working together perfectly and training the right person to implement them.

Easier said than done right?

It’s especially hard for those of us who were raised and groomed to be “E” employees or “S” self employed (or specialists)

When I started my internet business, I didn’t know how to hire or who to hire. Nor did I have time to find someone. And I didn’t even have a system to teach them if I did hire them.

So I had replaced my job, but I was now working harder for myself.

I went from the “E” to “S” instead of “E” to “B”.

Make sense?

If not you’ve got to read the Cashflow Quadrant by Robert Kiyosaki. It’s his best book by a mile for ‘wanna be’ “B” business owners.

Andrew Carnegie said, “no person will make a great business who wants to do it all himself or get all the credit.”

The main reason I’ve been able to travel to so many countries and be away from my home for so long is thanks in large part to:

Systems – A “B” business owner has to create systems or hire somebody to create them. And they take time to perfect, but it’s worth investing the time. I say “investing” because by investing your time in a system it will pay dividends in the future.

Once you have systems in place, you can OUTSOURCE the work to somebody else, who manages that particular system of your business.

Thanks to having a team of dedicated, loyal and hard-working outsourcers, I have been able to discover more parts of the world without affecting my internet business.

…And even create more streams of income.

My team consists of;

– Graphic Designer (Philippines) been with me 3.5 years.

– Software Developer (Philippines) been with me 3 years.

– Website Developer and Content (Australia) 4 years.

– Transcriber of Content (Philippines) 2 years

– Billing and Admin (Australia) 3 years

– Support Department (Australia) 3.5 years

– Social Media Manager (Thailand) 6 months

In fact, this is a strategy every single successful internet marketer uses to generate more traffic and sales without having to work more.

You can outsource just about anything these days, through sites like www.odesk.com, www.elance.com or even www.fiverr.com (where everything is only 5 bucks)

But if you don’t know how or what to outsource it can be very, very hard and costly. I’ve certainly made my mistakes, and I’m still learning.

So doesn’t it make sense for you to learn this skill?

Remember it’s the key to being able to grow your “B” business not just replace your job. And it’s going to allow you to focus on growing your business and doing more of what you enjoy.

“If you deprive yourself of outsourcing and your competitors do not, you’re putting yourself out of business.” – Lee Kuan Yew

So I strongly encourage you to focus on this area because it’s worth it. You do want more time don’t you?

What is the cheapest way to learn this stuff?

From an outsourcing expert… and a new book called “Outsource Smart” has just been released by Daven Michaels I was among the first to secure my copy.

“Outsource Smart” is full of cutting-edge tips on how to put your business on autopilot, and have leads streaming in your business without lifting your finger!

This book has all the details missing from “The 4 Hour Work Week” which was cool too. More about lifestyle though.

Pre-order Davens book, and read it.

With templates and tips on how to protect your company it’ll be the best $19.95 you ever spent. It’s critical because it’s written by an internet business owner for internet business owners.
